Two years later, fate brings the would-be lovers together once more.
After Silvano(Stuart) hears Carmen(Sastre)'s tale of broken relationships,
he leaves, but this times comes back and she welcomes him in. She
longs for him, but he merely teases her, never touching her or kissing
her. He then gets up, dresses, and leaves, leaving Carmen vulnerable
and sad. We are never given the true reasons for his departure. Perhaps
he merely felt he was being used. Either way, he lost a woman he loved.
