After silencing the voice of his daughter Lucy in his head, The Eye(McGregor)
sees Joanna(Judd) via his surveillance camera, undressing and going into
the bathroom, which is adjacent to his own. As if to feel closer to her,
he presses himself against his bathroom wall, picturing Joanna immediately
beside him, and wishing he was actually beside her. Completely absent is
McGregor's stoic and regal manner seen in such films as The Phantom Menace, replaced
with a degenerative, obsessive demeanour displaying a very uncredited versatility.
