In the little room they share, Bendrix(Fiennes) and Sarah(Moore) get
into an argument over the meaning of their relationship and his love for
her. He is jealous because she is married to Henry(Rea), when he really
wants her all to himself and doesn't believe she loves only him. Among
the bombing and explosions outside, she engages him in intercourse and
asks him when she's done if he believed her now...he didn't. What
surfaces now is the jealous insecurity that often wrecks the leading male
in many affairs-of-the-heart movies. Fiennes character is no exception.
