On a tip, Brenner (Travolta) and Sunhill (Stowe) go back to West Point to pay a visit
with Colonel Donald Slesinger (Beasley), Elisabeth Campbell's (Stefanson) psychiatrist and
the personal who wrote up her psychological report. By law, he is not allowed to talk about
what Elisabeth revealed, but Sunhill proposes he can merely rant and they'll "eavesdrop" so to say.
Slesinger reveals the ordeal Campbell went through during a training exercise in her sophomore year.
The rape described matches the way Campbell was found dead earlier in the day, a significant clue, but
still no closer to the killer.
This scene was harshly criticized for its overly graphic nature and almost tabloid-exploitative
sensationalism. But celebrity nudity buffs are quick to remind that nudity is nudity and should
not necessarily be judged based on the film's context if all you are looking for is some skin.
