Susan (Young) and Tom (Costner) are instantly attracted and can't keep
their hands off each other. While her place is too sensitive to retire to,
Susan seeks out her friend Nina (Iman) and asks to stay in her apartment for the night.
Iman knowingly agrees and bids the couple goodnight. Although Susan vaguely
gives an excuse for using Nina's apartment, it seems her friend knows exactly
what she means. It becomes obvious later on that Susan has other "gentleman callers",
one of whom a powerful and deadly man.
