Years after Marie(Ormond)'s death and his exile for his scientific research
contradicting church doctrine, Nostradamus(Karyo) meets Anne(Serna) who is
just as delicate, yet strong-willed as Marie. Falling in love, the two
find each other locked in passion, both appearing just as needy for the other.
If we are to believe Nostradamus' attraction to women are true, then he certainly
didn't have trouble finding a mate. It seems even back then, women loved guys
with radical ideas.
