After having her piano sold to Baines(Keitel), Ada(Hunter) must get it back. Baines tells her that she can
earn it back provided she provide piano lessons. But the lessons go further when it is revealed he seeks
sexual satisfaction too. Uncomfortable with the idea, but desparate for her piano, Ada strips naked and
prepares to fulfill Baines' request for the first time. Is it hard to play a mute when you have no lines
to say? Yes it is. Emotions must still be conveyed through physical appearance, which Hunter does
gracefully considering the conditions.
